Unlike automated equipment, Wing Mailers require no expensive
service contract.
We keep in stock a complete line of parts for all of our labelers.
Although our labelers are extremely rugged, they might occasionally be
dropped (or thrown at mailroom personnel!). Any damaged or worn labeler
can be repaired, even those Original Mailers made nearly 100 years ago.
All merchandise orders received at the plant before noon are shipped
out the same day; and for most repair orders we are able to repair, clean and re-ship
within 24 hours.

Wing Mailers require no mechanical skills to operate. If you feel a bit
awkward with your Mailer at first, be patient -- it takes a bit of getting used
to. When you have used your Mailer a few times it will seem like an old
friend.
